Skilled Trades Specialized Training Programs at Lincoln Tech
The nation is facing a crucial shortage of skilled technicians, which is an issue now popularly known as the national skills gap. The national skills gap is discussed regularly on major news networks and in national economic discussions, and the same conclusion is always reached - there are simply not enough skilled workers to fill open positions and keep the economy growing. This is because high schools have steered graduating students away from the trades and into traditional colleges over the last few decades.
This makes the skills gap your opportunity to achieve. Employers are lining up to hire workers with the right skills, and Lincoln Tech has partnered with some of the nation’s most successful manufacturers to train students to become highly skilled workers who are in great demand. Below are some of our specialized training partnerships in the skilled trades.
