Lincoln Culinary Institute Helps You Prepare the Perfect Thanksgiving Dinner!

Last minute? No problem! Tune in to Lincoln Thursday morning for pointers and how-to’s on NBC and Fox.
On Thanksgiving morning, Chef David Pantone of Lincoln Culinary Institute in West Palm Beach will lead a team of Lincoln students as they present a series of cooking segments to help last-minute preppers put the finishing touches on their holiday feasts.
The segments will air on the local NBC affiliate from 4:30 – 7:00 a.m., and then on FOX 29 from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Menu items being prepared will include:
- Cider Brined, Herb Stuffed Roasted Turkey
- Wild Mushroom and Herb Bread Dressing with Kale
- Perfect Mashed Potatoes
- Sweet Potatoes Casserole with Toasted Pecans and Maple Glaze
- Pan Roasted Brussels with Thick Cut Bacon and Shallots
- Fresh Cranberry Sauce
- Carrots with Orange Juice and Dill
- French Green Beans with Toasted Almonds and Craisins
- Pumpkin Stuffed with Bread Pudding and Drizzled with Toffee Sauce
This will be the 21st year Chef Pantone, Dean of Education at Lincoln Culinary Institute, has led students in these Thanksgiving morning segments. Tune in Thursday morning to see the Lincoln team in action!
